Green Store delivers only to on-campus locations. If you live off campus, please provide a department office or some other location where we would be able to deliver your order.

We do our best to deliver by foot or by bike but may use a golf cart.

When:
- We conduct deliveries once a week, on Friday afternoons during the window of 3 to 6pm. If you are not at your noted delivery destination during the time of delivery and our delivery team is unable to reach you, we will leave your order outside the requested room number/door or in as secure of a location as possible that is approximate to your requested delivery location. Green Store will not be liable for lost orders.
- We must receive an email confirmation of your banking request before we can deliver your order. You must submit your order request by 12pm on Mondays as well as email us proof of submission of your banking request to expect delivery of your order on Friday of that week. We need this time to prepare your order, ensure that we receive your payment, and arrange deliveries.
- We do not deliver during dead week, finals week, and academic holidays / breaks.

Cancellation Policy
If you want to cancel your order, email us with subject line "Order Cancellation" by the Wednesday of the week of your expected delivery date (which will be noted on the invoice that you receive from us). Otherwise, we will not be able to cancel or refund your order.
